Recruiting:
We start our recruiting process with our offices across the world,
advertisements or through our consultants who are already in the
US . All the resumes and
letters are first reviewed by a technical consultant . Our HR Department
and Technical recruiter contact the candidate and conduct the first
interview . If the candidate makes it past the first interview, then
his/her resume is forwarded to our netXert,Inc Corporate Office in
Ann Arbor,
MI .
A
team of professionals review the resumes and shortlist the candidates for
the next step. At that time,
a technical interview is set up to make sure that their communication and
technical skills are to our standards. If the candidate qualifies, then
one of the executives with our company does a final interview. As you can
see, our company does not hire anyone unless they go through an intensive
interview process. This ensures that we receive the most qualified
