The process begins with our US recruiting professionals. Our recruiter will conduct a brief screening after which a technical consultant will conduct a telephone/personal interview. For those candidates deemed as having the necessary skills, a team of professionals will review those resumes for the purpose of determining which candidates will be selected for a comprehensive interview. A final interview is conducted by a senior level manager for a final determination. Utilizing this extensive process provides the highest quality of technical service to our clients.
