The recruiting process developed by us is designed to find the most appropriate skill sets, including both management and technical skills, required for tomorrow. The process begins with our US recruiting professionals. Our recruiter will conduct a brief screening after which a technical consultant will conduct a telephone/personal interview. For those candidates deemed as having the necessary skills, a team of professionals will review those resumes for the purpose of determining which candidates will be selected for a comprehensive interview. A final interview is conducted by a senior level manager for a final determination. Utilizing this extensive process provides the highest quality of technical service to our clients.
